I am honored to be featured in the Fall/Winter 2021 issue of my town’s local magazine, Scarsdale Living, for my volunteer work with Postpartum Support International. PSI is a nonprofit that raises awareness about perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. As a mom and a therapist certified in perinatal mental health, this cause is extremely important to me. I enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering on PSI’s helpline. As I state in the feature, it’s an amazing opportunity to offer instant support to people in very vulnerable moments of their lives. Contact me if you want more information on how to volunteer with PSI or another cause supporting women or parents!
