MoMMA's Voices Webinar for Maternal Health Leaders on Boundaries
The July webinar I led on boundaries with Momma's Voices (a program of the Preeclampsia Foundation whose mission is to amplify the voices of people who have experienced pregnancy and childbirth complications or loss) was so powerful that I was asked back to lead a workshop on the topic for leaders in their maternal health network.
When the lines between personal and professional are blurred because we are so passionate about our work, it can be hard to set & maintain boundaries. But with the right support, we can do it -- key to improving our mental load and avoiding burnout!
Please reach out if you need help with boundaries or would like a workshop on this topic or others affecting women's rights and mental health!
