MoMMA's Voices Webinar on Healthy Boundaries

I was invited to host a webinar for Momma's Voices, a program of the Preeclampsia Foundation whose mission is to amplify the voices of people who have experienced pregnancy and childbirth complications or loss -- especially those who have been historically marginalized -- ensuring they are equipped and activated as partners with providers and researchers to improve maternal health outcomes.
We talked about boundaries: what they are, how to set healthy ones, why it is difficult for women to do so, and ways in which we can do so by getting support. Boundaries are extremely important to avoid burnout.
Please reach out if you need help with boundaries or would like a workshop on this topic or others affecting women's rights and mental health!
