Robyn: Rest is Important – Postpartum & Beyond

How well rested do you feel?
Whether you are a parent or not, it can be hard to find time to rest and take care of yourself. But rest is important — postpartum and beyond. And you are important, too!
My friend and colleague Dr. Elyse Kupperman Chaifetz and I wrote an article on rest for Robyn, a community-driven platform that provides access to integrative maternal wellness tools and resources to assist women and families on their unique paths to parenthood. Robyn is committed to destigmatizing, demystifying, and democratizing the right to have a family. Check it out here!
We suggest asking for help when you need it; communicating and connecting; and making time for yourself to focus on yourself. And we’re holding each other accountable to these goals because we could also use some rest!
